Refund and Order Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of the order last for 24 hours after placing an order. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When a learner can request the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh for cancellation when s/he cannot access to our website or app due to some technical problems or mistakenly placed an order and explain this issue to the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh Team. After receiving the order cancellation request from the learner, our Refund and Order Cancellation Team will start working on it and contact with the learner to check the cancellation genuineness. The Schools of Banking, Bangladesh has the right to reject order cancellation request as received from the learner.
The refund request process is as follows –
Once you ensure your payment of a course, you can send cancellation and refund request to the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh within 24 hours via office@schoolsofbankingbd.com
The Refund and Order Cancellation Team will contact with the learners.
The refund request will be implemented within 7 to 10 working days and the refund payment will be made using the same payment channel using which the learners has paid the course fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
N.B. It is noted that no refund is possible for the ‘Bankers’ Promotion Preparation Course’.
Situations when refund is not applicable?
Request for refund after 24 hours.
Already started using the modules including materials, quizzes, videos, tests etc.
Already received a certificate on a particular course or module.
When you lodge a compliant about the course to the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh within 24 hours.
When you have purchased a course with a discount coupon.
The Schools of Banking, Bangladesh has the full authority to change the terms and condition (T&C) time-to-time and learners’ cases situation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
