Different courses in the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh are designed for the bankers who either deployed in general banking or lending/investment or AD branch; for clients/Who want to open bank account or want to deal/do transaction with a bank; for students seeking to enter in the banking industry; for learners who want to learn about banking, finance and economics related issues; and who wants to get promotion in their banking professional career.
You can read, attend quizzes and listen videos on-line for every courses/or modules unless it is otherwise stated in the particular courses/or modules.
The Schools of Banking, Bangladesh has a refund and order cancellation policy, and privacy policy. These policies are applicable to the courses and modules.
The Schools of Banking, Bangladesh has the full authority to modify the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund and cancellation policy time-to-time as necessary without prior any notice or without providing any information to you. Your continuing use of this website or any course will be considered as acceptance of the changes. If you do no agree with these changed terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund and cancellation policy, you may discontinue the module or course associated with this Schools. You are highly requested to revisit our terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund and cancellation policy on regular/frequent basis.
All complaints, claims and refund will be settled by following the organization’s privacy policy, and refund and cancellation policy. However, if any issue which cannot be solved by these policies, the following three steps. Firstly, the issue will be settled by bi-partite negotiation. Step-2, if both parties cannot reach into a consensus decision/agreement then tri-partite negotiation will be followed. In that case the Schools of Banking, Bangladesh may appoint a negotiator to resolve this issue. Step-3, further if both bi-partite and tri-partite negotiation is unsuccessful, in that case an arbitration will be appointed and the decision will be considered as the final decision. The total negotiation process will be completed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When all efforts in the negotiation process (Step-1, 2 and 3) fails to reach resolution then it will be brought to the Dhaka Court for settlement.
The Schools of Banking, Bangladesh will take all kinds of responsibility to deliver the promised services time to time as required after having your purchase from us.
