Why you need this General Banking: Level-01 Module
General Banking is one of the core business of the banking companies around the around. General banking includes banker – customer relationship, opening and operation of different types of bank accounts, operations of negotiable instruments (Cheques, Promissory Notes, and Bill of Exchange), cheque book issue and support services, clearing and collection of instruments, cash and vault management, locker services, remittance services etc.

In addition to the General Banking clients, the lending/investment clients and L/C clients have also to interact in the general banking services. Most of the time, the general banking wing remains busy to provide services to the clients.

This module is designed for whom

For Bankers: As a banker either you deployed in general banking or lending/investment or AD branch you must have knowledge regarding general banking services.

For Clients/Who wants to open bank account: As a client of a bank, you must have minimum knowledge about the dealing of general banking activities such as different parts of a cheque, how to cross a cheque, how to endorse a cheque, material parts of a cheque etc.

For Students: As a student seeking to enter in the banking industry, you must have also minimum knowledge about the General Banking – that will give you additional proficiency command in banking practices.
